Back pain is also known as backache. This is a type of physical pain that is felt in the back. Most people consider back pain to be a simple pain as nowadays everyone is going through it. In other words, everyone is aware of experiencing back pain in their daily life. As the pain gets a little chronic it might get pretty dangerous for your health. It stems from the activation of the nervous system. Pain can range from annoying to debilitating, and it can feel like a sharp stabbing or a dull ache. Pain is an emotion that can only be felt and can occur in any part of the body. There is an uneasy feeling, this is such a situation. Which every person experiences at some time or the other. Many times we feel it when stumbling, getting hurt. This is also because the veins are spread in all parts of our body. Many times the nerves are damaged due to stumbling or any injury. Pain affects more than 50 million adults in the U.S. and costs the nation up to $635 billion annually. Chronic pain prevalence is expected to increase in the coming years due to the aging population, the increase in diabetes, and the increase in cancer survival rates.
